Time for a bit of romance - something we all need every now and then. Stephanie Evanovich's 3 novels follow the journey of Holly, a widow and rather large. Off to the gym, meet a guy, get sexy and skinny at the same time. 

These are on the Specials list because they're a bit controversial - big girls feeling they need to lose weight, big strong men saving the day etc, but the latest novel by Stephanie has received some good reviews - perhaps because in The Total Package, it's the man who is in trouble. At least he isn't getting is backside smacked (see the comments below about The Sweet Spot).

Highlighting eBooks.com and their eBooks

Today, I'm mentioning eBooks.com because eBooks are a cheaper way of getting your favourite reads. I don't mind reading an eBook, although I prefer paper in my hand than a computer/eReader. Being a perpetual student, I have hundreds (pushing 1000, easy) eBooks, mainly in higher education - philosophy, sociology, memory, workplace health and safety are my things - and with the right software, it's easy.
